The term of a Lay-by of non-sale items is 45 days (a longer term can be arranged with Management)

The term of a Lay-by of 1-20% Sale items is 28 days

Items that have a discount of more than 20% cannot be put on Lay-by

A 20% or $20 non-refundable deposit (whichever is greater) is needed on all Lay-bys

Payments are to be made at least 14 days throughout the Lay-by

Cancellations of Lay-bys or Lay-bys that are not picked up by collection date will forfeit deposit

There is no exchange within a Lay-by and no return on items that have been held on a Lay-by

Lay-by items cannot be seperated or collected until the final payment has been made
